We have brewed!

It took us awhile but we've climbed back on that bull that bucked us off and rode it for the full 8 seconds. We were inspired by a homebrew competition in May in the Bishop Arts District in Dallas, Brew Riot (www.BrewRiot.com). We brewed a simple Session American Amber Ale in two batches on consecutive weekends. The first batch is already bottled and the second batch is in the secondary fermentor. This will be our first competition and although it would be great to have a good showing, we're just looking to hang out with fellow homebrewers and have a good time.
